Registration fees for VTCA 2026
All registration fees are in Japanese Yen (JPY) and include tax.
Registration opens on September 28, 2026. Please sign in to your VTCA account to register and make payment by credit card. At least one author of each accepted paper must complete registration and payment by October 20, 2026.
You will be asked to sign in first if you are not signed in. On your dashboard, choose the accepted paper you are paying for.

All deadlines are 23:59 Japan Standard Time (JST, UTC+9) on the date shown.
Payments linked directly to a paper — General, Student / Contributor, and Additional Paper — close on October 20, 2026.
The Later rate applies to Co-author, Listener, Accompanying Person, and Extra Page Charge, and remains available until November 27, 2026, the final day of the conference.
The Extra Page Charge is calculated from the camera-ready version and is charged together with the registration for that paper. If a later camera-ready version has fewer pages, the page charge will not be refunded.
A dash (—) means that the category is not available during that registration period.
