Submission Guidelines

Papers reporting original and unpublished research results on the conference topics and related areas are solicited. VTCA 2026 accepts two types of submissions:

Full Paper

Submit an electronic version (PDF format) of the full paper
Maximum paper length is 10 pages
Papers must be submitted by the paper submission deadline (May 31, 2026)
All submissions will be peer-reviewed by the program committee
At least one author of each accepted paper must register and present at the conference

Abstract Only

Submit an abstract of approximately 1 page (up to 5,000 characters)
Abstracts must clearly describe the research topic, methodology, and key findings
Abstract-only submissions are subject to the same submission deadline (May 31, 2026)
Accepted abstracts will be presented at the conference but will not be included in the Springer proceedings
At least one author must register and present at the conference

Publication

VTCA 2026 conference proceedings will be published in the book series entitled "Smart Innovation, Systems and Technologies" by Springer, which is indexed by Scopus and EI Compendex.

Papers published in this book series will be indexed when the paper quality fits the requirement and the publishing procedures (including the oral presentation) are completed.
