Full Paper Guidelines

Submit an electronic version (PDF format) of the full paper
Maximum paper length is 10 pages
Submit by the deadline (August 20, 2026)
Included in the Springer proceedings
At least one author must register and present

Abstract Submission Guidelines

Approximately 1 page, same deadline as full papers (August 20, 2026)
Presented but not included in the Springer proceedings
At least one author must register and present

The abstract should concisely summarize the contents of the paper and include the following components:

Introduction – Background, key findings from the literature, and the research problem or questions.
Objective – The research aim and/or hypothesis.
Main Contribution – The novelty, originality, and primary contributions of the study.
Methodology – A brief description of the study design, sample, sample size, data collection procedures, and analytical methods.
Results – The principal findings of the study.
Discussion – Interpretation of the results and their significance.
Conclusion – The main conclusions drawn from the study.
Implications – The importance of the study and the potential applications of the findings.

Length: 250–350 words
Format: Single paragraph
Language: English
Font: Times New Roman, 11 pt
Page Limit: Maximum one page
File Format: Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx)

Download the abstract template from the Manuscript Templates section above, then submit the PDF version of your abstract through the online submission system after signing in to your author account.

Publication

VTCA 2026 proceedings will be published in Springer’s “Smart Innovation, Systems and Technologies” series, indexed by Scopus and EI Compendex. Indexing applies once the paper meets the quality requirement and the publishing procedure (including the oral presentation) is completed.
